Who we are
Since 1987, Pelmac Industries Inc. has provided security systems to homes and businesses across New England. PELMAC provides professional installation with cutting-edge equipment and technology for all security needs. Professional experts are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to solve any security system concerns. PELMAC places a high value on customer satisfaction. All products come with a minimum one-year warranty. If the product is defective, Pelmac will replace it at no additional cost to the customer.
PELMAC’s basic philosophy since its start in 1987 has been to provide customers with modern technology and old-fashioned service, but if you ask our customers what we do, they will simply say Pelmac Protects.
how we started
PELMAC Industries Inc., was founded by Michael Pellerin and Will MacDonald in 1987. Michael and Will had worked in the security industry for many years before deciding to go out on their own. They installed systems that other companies, at the time, didn’t offer, putting them ahead of their competitors. In the very beginning, Will and Mike were working out of a basement at Michael’s mother’s house. Together they would work as a team, with Mike selling the security systems and Will installing them for both commercial and residential properties.
